How is the price of my floor plan calculated?
The price of each floorplan depends on various factors:
• The size of the property (studio, apartment, house, multi-storey...etc)
• Whether you require a monochrome, greyscale or full-colour floorplan.
• Addition of a site plan showing courtyards, lawns and gardens.
• Addition of extras such as furniture.
How long will it take to complete my floor plan?
All floor plans with an interior area <100 will be completed within 24 hours. Even for larger plans, we will endeavour to meet this turnaround time.
What kind of file formats can I send to you?
We can handle just about any graphic format that you can think of: pdf, jpg, bmp, gif, eps, png, tif....etc
In what format will my floor plan file be sent to me?
This tends to vary from client to client. We generally deal in PDFs and JPGs but let us know what specific format/resolution you need and we should be able to provide it.
What if I need to make changes to a floor plan after you send it back to me?
No worries! We understand that small amendments are part of the process. We are happy to make 2 separate amendments free of charge.
Do you only draw standard residential floor plans?
No! We are happy to take a look at whatever you send our way - commercial lease properties, large-scale residential developments...we'll give you a quote.
How do I pay?
You can pay via bank transfer (Australian account) or via PayPal.
